LIFEDRAWING
We’re excited to invite you to a two-hour life drawing session, hosted by L44 Space!
This is a timeless artistic practice where we sketch a human figure, often in the nude, by observing a live model.
This tradition helps artists sharpen their skills, focusing on anatomy, proportions, and the movement of the body.
This session is all about quick sketching, where we’ll dive into the dynamic flow of the human form through gesture drawing.
The event will be self-guided, and we’ll take a short break after the first hour to give our model some rest.
Anyone who wants to improve their skills in drawing a life model, we won't check your drawing skills : )
At the end of the event a small presentations of the artworks is held.
If you are shy about your art, it's not a must to share your sketches with the others.
— Materials are not provided, so please bring your own sketching supplies.
— We recommend bringing a portable surface (like a clipboard) since there will be no tables or tripods available to ensure there’s plenty of space for everyone.
— In case there are less than 7 participants, the event will not happen, and we will inform you by email.
You can DM us on istagram, or write an emal at hello@l44.space if you are still unsure.
